Our Prices

We try to offer the best prices we can. Our prices are based per apartment not per person. The price is set upon the maximum occupancy level for each apartment. For the one bed the maximum ocupancy is 4 and for the two bed the maximum occupancy is 6.

All our prices are at a fixed rate throughout the year, no matter what time of year you go. This way our guests find it easier to find the perfect holiday without having to worry how much extra their accomodation is going to cost.

One Bedroom Apartment: £250 per week - All year round

Two Bedroom Apartment: £350 per week - All year round

If you are staying for more than 2 weeks we offer a long stay discount. Please contact us for more information.

Meet & Greet:
We offer a collection from airport service where our representative will meet and greet you and personally take you to your accommodation. The cost for this service is 30 euros (approx £24) payable to the driver on the day. This service also includes return travel back to the airport for no additional cost.

All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit paid within 14 days, this secures your booking with the remians to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. The payment can be made by installments as long as the total has been paid 8 weeks proir to arrival.
If you are booking with less than 8 weeks before departure full payment must be made within 14 days to secure the booking.

Cancellations:
You are free to cancel at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing. All cancellations made before 8 weeks to arrival will lose the deposit only. All cancellations made with less than 8 weeks to arrival will lose all monies paid.
